Summary:Ultrasensitive analytical systems are developed for simultaneous express detection of multiple molecular diagnostic biomarkers. Both sandwich and competitive immunoassays are realized. The systems are based on registration of nanoparticles by nonlinear magnetization with sensitivity up to a few nano-emu and on optical label-free spectral-correlation method that allows real-time quantitative monitoring of biochemical reactions with widely available and affordable single-used sensor chips.
