In this study we propose a set of design strategies that facilitates the design of new user interface features, meeting the students' learning goals and experiential goals, in order to create deeper engagement and motivation. These strategies, that satisfy both user experience and learning design requirements, will provide us a more holistic view into the students' overall learning experience, potentially informing us how motivation can be sustained long-term in a learning setting. |
