Description
Summary:It is challenging to represent the discipline 'Software Engineering' in higher education. Software development projects imply a complexity on several sectors and therefore require different skills. In addition to the professional competences, generic competences also play an important role. This paper deals with the training of generic competences in higher education with the help of an e-learning module, which was first established in summer semester 2019 and is available to the students as learning content in a Moodle course. In addition, data was collected in the summer term 2019 and the didactic setting was adapted and improved on the basis of this knowledge. So the changes in summer semester 2020 could be evaluated again. In this paper the data of 2019 and 2020 are compared in order to be able to assess the effectiveness of the changes of the didactical setting of the e-learning concept and, if necessary, to make further targeted improvements.
