Summary: | according to the actual needs of meat product market supervision, in order to ensure food quality and safety, optimize the collection of breeding process data, improve the slaughtering process, track sales data, improve the quality of meat products and improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise as the main objectives, a data acquisition and traceability platform for breeding and slaughtering enterprises based on the Internet of things was designed and constructed. The architecture integrates RFID (Radio Frequency Identifacation), data synchronization, embedded database and other technologies. Through the intelligent terminal, the basic information of beef cattle and mutton, breeding information, slaughtering information and supply chain are collected in real time. The data synchronization between handheld devices and servers is realized by merging and copying technology. Finally, the key information traceability database of cattle and sheep in the whole production process from breeding, slaughtering, processing to logistics supply chain was constructed. |
