Description
Summary:In order to study the partial discharge characteristics of oil-paper insulation system with different degrees of aging, we used thermal aging method to prepare paperboards with different degrees of aging, and heated them for 1 day, 6 days, 16 days, 32 days and 48 days, respectively. In this experiment, the tip discharge model was adopted. The constant voltage method was adopted in the experiment to measure the initial discharge voltage and the tolerance time of the transformer insulating board tip discharge. The partial discharge patrol instrument was used to record the change of discharge characteristic quantity under different degrees of aging, and the broken line diagram was drawn according to the experimental data. The results show that in the early stage of discharge development, with the increase of pressure time, the more aging the insulating board, the more characteristic quantities such as total discharge, discharge times, maximum discharge and average discharge will be, and the more likely it will discharge.
