New method for fabrication of ultra high resolution display screens

This paper reports a phosphor deposition method for fabricating field emission displays (FED). It can be used not only in FEDs, but other displays such as CRTs, plasma display panels, cathodoluminescent screens and electroluminescent displays. Description
Summary:This paper reports a phosphor deposition method for fabricating field emission displays (FED). It can be used not only in FEDs, but other displays such as CRTs, plasma display panels, cathodoluminescent screens and electroluminescent displays. It uses ordinary materials and inexpensive, standardized equipment, so it holds promise for mass production of displays. We believe it will be possible to use these techniques for ultra high resolution displays.
