Summary:The present study examines the Faculty Perceptions on Service Quality Dimensions in ICT enabled techniques in engineering Education. This investigation to test the 5Q's model. The research was being conducted through a survey based on questionnaire. The present study is confined to 400 Higher Education Engineering Faculty in Coimbatore district. The result of the study highest mean score of items 5 is with 2.92 i.e. reliability characteristics in education SERQUAL, and lowest being score of mean is item 3 is with 2.86 i.e. content characteristics in education SERQUAL.
