Summary: | To improve the efficiency and power density of AC-DC power supply, a GaN HEMT totem-pole Power Factor Correction (PFC) converter with Zero-Voltage-Switching (ZVS) PWM control is proposed in this paper. The principle of the circuit and its stage analysis are introduced. The ZVS condition is derived. In addition, the design of resonant choke Lr is discussed. Finally, the ZVS PWM converter and control is verified by the experiment. |
