Summary: | Thin flexible self-supporting ceramics are new promising material structures exploitable in many applications because of their unique combination of physical and chemical properties, which can exceed the performance of polymers or glass materials. In following study, we used special ceramic barrier layer using unique properties of alumina and zirconia-based substrates. These layers are investigated as base dielectric barrier for surface dielectric barrier discharge with coplanar geometry 1 . |
