Summary:The paper describes the augmented reality information technology for the formation of excursion tours by Lviv Polytechnic. This research contains analysis of main modern tendencies for projects in the design and development of virtual and augmented reality technologies, developed a WEB-application that allows you to visit the main building of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" online, learn interesting information about objects or people who studied or managed educational institution. The software was developed with the help of WebGL technologies, React360, MySQL database management system was used to store data on the server part. The system can be developed as a separate independent product or as a separate module within existing web applications. To use the software product, the user must follow the link in any browser convenient for him and start working with a virtual tour.
