Summary:The purpose of this paper is to provide an analysis of diverse case studies of Industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 represents the fourth Industrial revolution which illustrates the structure of the organization that controls the production of the products in the entire life cycle. Industry 4.0 is a term that can be given to the combination of humans and technology, when is mixed give a digital way of smart manufacturing. It combines IT system, Internet of things, smart system and supply chain process to adapt the smart way of manufacturing and supply. Industry 4.0 revolves around four major strategies Interoperability, Decentralized decisions, Information Transparency and Technical Assistance. The paper also discusses the nine pillars which are effectively used in various organizations through different case studies.
