Description
Summary:The paper describes and compares two output voltage feedback control methods of a buck type, special, resonant DC-DC converter. The first control method make the output voltage change either by varying the switching frequency or the amount of energy delivered by one current pulse to the output circuitry or both. The second method applies PWM for controlling the output voltage. The results of simulation study illustrate the dynamic properties of the two feedback control loops and reveal the inherent nonlinearity of the control object.
