Summary: | The present article is closely connected to a relevant development trend in the automobile industry which is aimed at implementation and operation of electric vehicles. These vehicles are not only safe and energy efficient but also advantageous in relation to vehicle intellectualization and operation. Firstly, this work illustrates the connection between modern vehicle growing operating data volumes and the necessity of the rational data exchange process organization with the help of complex solutions and various data transfer technologies. Secondly, certain technical solutions for data exchange functions as well as for digital control of a lightweight working vehicle electric propulsion system are presented in this article. Thirdly, the article comprises the results of the said functions practical implementation in the form of a high-performance modular platform consistent with the perspective requirements in terms of speed, capacity and reliability of the digital control. Finally, this paper outlines real life solutions of such system equipment and software: it describes an actual application interface which provides control and operation of vehicle electric propulsion system key components using a wireless connection through a mobile device. |
