Summary: | The processes realized by Industrial Revolution 4.0 and general digitalization predetermine a very intensive Information and communication technologies, communication means and hardware and software for their implementation. These processes are transforming the entire set of socio-economic relations and the structure and content of the labour market. In its turn, the labor market forms demands regarding the formation of human resources, first of all, in the sphere of education. Educational processes, in particular in higher education institutions, are carried out over a rather long period of time (5-7 years). There is a long time interval between the formation of demand on the labour market for highly-qualified personnel in a certain sphere of activity and the actual formation of the necessary competencies in university graduates. Therefore, a number of trends have emerged in the field of education due to a radical change in the labour market situation, in particular, the lack of specialists engaged in practical professional activities with the use of innovative information and communication technologies. This research focuses on analyzing the above-mentioned trends and forecasting scenarios for the development of the real situation in the labor market and in the educational sphere. |
