Summary:The article discusses the creation of automated systems for dispatching vertical passenger transport equipment based on remote control via secure communication channels in order to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers. The functions of modern information and hardware systems for vertical transport management are analyzed. The architecture of the system for ensuring the reliability and safety of vertical passenger transport equipment is modeled based on the methods of the theory of technical systems reliability, risk management and quality management. A tree of technical inconsistencies and events that are a potential cause of a dangerous situation for a passenger is formed and analyzed. A balanced system of quality indicators for the provision of passenger transportation services by vertical transport is being developed using the tools of the process approach and quality management. Control algorithms that ensure the reliability and safety of vertical transport equipment operation in case of emergency situations are considered. Recommendations on software development for automated systems for remote control and management of vertical passenger transport systems are offered.
