The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of content retrieval. Our proposing Hash-Collecting System applies Freenet routing method to Named Data Networking (NDN) forwarding system. The average number of hops required to retrieve contents is reduced by our proposing method from the standard NDN forwarding system. The proposed method enables finding content in near-by node from the requesting party and can reduce the content retrieval traffic.
