Summary:Using OA and DOS the comparison of vascular structure and oxygenation of renal (SN-12C) and colon (Colo320, HCT116) cancer models was carried out. High vascularity was found for Colo320 and SN-12C as compared to HCT116. For Colo320 the presence of extended hemoglobin-containing structures was revealed, as well as a significantly decreased level of oxygenation.
