Summary:The Nanosatellite and its component CubeSat platforms, with their technical functionality, are an important part of the space sector's scientific, commercial, and military application. It is important to conduct research and development processes to improve communication and information exchange subsystems based on existing subsystems to meet CubeSat platforms' main technical aspects. The initial conceptual model of the new generation laser beam control and active transponder system of Nanosatellite (CubeSat), with the principal comparison of radiofrequency communication (RF) and optical communication (OC) on CubeSat satellite platforms that combines the advantages of these technologies, was developed with a structural scheme and its working principle have been proposed. The main purpose of designing the CubeSat satellite platform is to demonstrate the existing scientific and technical innovations in the space industry, which combine the advantages of both RF and OC communication technologies.
