Summary:Nowadays, future classroom lacks sensing ability to determine the emotional status of the included actors. This paper thus discusses an Edge Computing enhanced Emotional computing (EC2) framework to effectively analyze, process, induce and infer those human-based subjective data to obtain useful emotional features (happy, stressed, etc) of the actors, then control the correlated facilities in the classroom to behave accordingly. Under this deployment, future classroom will become smarter and be more applicable for different schools. According to the living lab in Sichuan Tianfu New Area Luxelakes Primary School, the EC2-framework is validated to be effective.
