Summary:Meteorological sensors calibration is necessary to ensure the quality of ANS-MET (Air Navigation Services - Meteorological) information. The instruments for the meteorological observations of the ground observation network of the Italian Air Force (ITAF) Met Service need to be calibrated on regular base. The Technical Centre for Meteorology (CTM), by means of the own calibration laboratory, in compliance with the international regulations, performs the calibration of pressure (P), temperature (T) and humidity (H) digital sensors of meteorological stations.
