Description
Summary:Based on the continuous spectrum theory, the plasma parameters of a vacuum arc under curved contact are diagnosed in this study. A colorimetric temperature measurement system composed of a color high-speed camera and bimodal filter is built, which is corrected by a tungsten strip lamp. According to the shape characteristics of a vacuum arc under curved contact, a calculation method of radiation intensity using curved space transformation is proposed, which reduces the error caused by the curved contact structure. Finally, the plasma parameter distributions for vacuum arcs under curved contact and butt contact are obtained, and the reason and effect on these distributions are investigated.
