Description
Summary:In this work, rectangular patch antennas were adapted to FPV (First Person View) transmitting and receiving devices, as a replacement of the original ones, to improve the video signals emitted and received. From the data collected from experimental and practical tests, it is concluded that the rectangular antenna selection was appropriate because with them, the received video signal was improved, compared to the original system antennas. Therefore, the performance in this aspect is improved, and a lighter system is obtained, besides the orientation of the antennas is easier to perform. Replacement antennas were designed at 5.8 GHz.
