Description
Summary:This paper proposes the event-triggered proportional-integral (PI) controller design for positive switched systems in both continuous- and discrete-time cases. First, the event-triggering mechanism is established based on 1-norm for continuous-time positive switched systems. Under the presented event-triggered control strategy, the original systems are transformed into interval systems. The positivity and stability of the original systems are reached by guaranteeing the positivity of the lower bound of interval systems and the stability of the upper bound of interval systems, respectively. Then, the obtained approach is extended to the PI controller design in the discrete-time case. All the presented conditions can be solved by virtue of linear programming approach. Finally, one illustrative example is provided to verify the effectiveness and validity of the proposed design.
