Description
Summary:This paper proposes a scheme of radio measuring frequency transducer of magnetic field induction based on two bipolar and one field effect transistor with two gates. The mathematical modeling of this scheme was carried out. The main characteristics (such as dependences of the active and reactive components of the full impedance, the conversion function, and the sensitivity equation) of the researched radiomeasuring frequency transducer of magnetic field induction are obtained. The proposed scheme provides the measuring of magnetic field induction in the range from 0 mT to 200 mT, and the maximum sensitivity is 620 Hz/mT.
