Summary:The article presents a multi-camera video monitoring system for rooms, which allows for real-time tracking of the places where individual people are. The system uses easily accessible, cheap cameras (e.g. installed in smartphones). Video stream is sent via IP protocol to a central server. The server performs image analysis using the YOLO neural network. The places where the detected people are located are marked on the virtual room plan that can be accessed using web browser.
