The Ukrainian stock market is at an early stage of development and lags far behind both developed countries and most developing ones. Thus, the task of comparative analysis of the stock market of Ukraine and other countries is quite relevant and of considerable interest. The main goal of the research is to develop and implement the algorithm for spatial-dynamic analysis of the stock market of Ukraine. To achieve the goal, the following tasks will be solved: comparative analysis of the stock market of Ukraine and stock markets of developed and emerging countries; analysis of the influence of internal and external factors on the development of the stock market in Ukraine; forecasting the level of stock market index of Ukraine. The algorithm is based on methods of multidimensional statistical analysis, regression analysis and time series analysis. It allows to classify the initial set of stock markets into homogenous groups; position the stock market of Ukraine in this classification; determine those international stock markets that may be chosen as benchmarks for Ukraine when forming and implementing the country's development strategy in financial sphere; determine the internal and external factors that cause the most valuable influence on the level of Ukrainian stock market index; forecast the levels of the index.
