Summary:With the increasingly severe "double high" characteristics of the grid, the current harmonic content in dry bushings is increasing. Under the influence of harmonic currents, the hot spot temperature of dry bushings increases continuously. Further research is needed to ensure the safe operation of dry casing. In this paper, according to the actual size of the dry casing, a two-dimensional magnetic field-heat flow simulation model of the casing is constructed. The eddy current loss under the action of the fundamental wave current superimposed with different components of harmonic current is obtained by simulation, and the loss is brought into the calculation of the heat flow field, and the distribution of the heat flow field of the dry bushing under the action of the fundamental wave current superimposed with different components of the harmonic current is obtained. difference. The results show that the hot spot temperature of the dry bushing increases exponentially with the increase of the harmonic current frequency. With the increase of harmonic content, the hot spot temperature of dry bushing increases linearly.
