Description
Summary:In hybrid traffic where autonomous vehicles share roads with human-driven vehicles, mismatch between estimated and actual behaviors of human-driven vehicles leads to inefficient control, and results collisions in the worst case. The paper aims to propose a method to reduce the risks generated by human- driven vehicles. We uses the widespread internet of things and the number of the connected devices in intelligent transportation for safety, energy saving and comfort. We also address the emerging technologies in intelligent transportation environments. A simulation platform for hybrid traffic is proposed and designed to simulate various scenarios that are difficult to study in the real world. Simulation results demonstrate that our method can improve driving efficiency.
