Administration of inhaled medication via a tracheostomy in infants with chronic lung disease of prematurity
Four cases of infants with chronic lung disease of prematurity in whom a tracheostomy was performed for acquired subglottic stenosis are reported. The feasibility of administration of inhaled drugs and supplemental oxygen are discussed.
