= 0), where E

is the d.c. field, were obtained. For compositions with the concentration x = 0 and x = 1 the appearance of ferroelectric and antiferroelectric phases as a result of appropriate phase transitions has confirmed. For x = 0.5 at decreasing of temperature a transition from the paraelectric to the antiferroelectric phase at first is realized, and then, at least in a part of a sample, a metastable ferroelectric state is arose. |
