Minimum concentration of cells required for the preparation of compact plasma-thrombin cell blocks
The compact plasma-thrombin technique is a simple and effective method for preparing cells for histopathology. However, the minimum cell suspension concentration necessary to prepare a clot of sufficient size and density has not been determined. A cell line of known concentration was serially dilute...

Summary: | The compact plasma-thrombin technique is a simple and effective method for preparing cells for histopathology. However, the minimum cell suspension concentration necessary to prepare a clot of sufficient size and density has not been determined. A cell line of known concentration was serially diluted in order to determine the minimum cell suspension concentration required to produce a clot of reasonable size and cell density. |
