Description
Summary:In recent research we present results of transmission and Faraday angle rotation theoretical simulations and experimental study in magnetoplasmonic 2D structures based on perforated with subwavelength holes gold film on top of a smooth Bi-substituted yttrium iron garnet (BiYIG). It was shown that in the case of normal incident light it is possible to enhance Faraday angle rotation mainly through excitation of orthogonal plasmonic oscillations.
