Summary:This paper focuses on a latest approach to study the diabetes mellitus. A new mathematical model of all glucose-insulin interactions is proposed by the incorporation of time delay. Then the mathematical model is formulated, and after that the analysis of the model is discussed. In order to confirm the theoretical results, we carried out the numerical simulations. Computer simulations are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed work. Also, the behaviour of proposed mathematical model for different values of time delay will be shown.
