Summary:The paper suggests an organization model, an algorithm and the definition of the plant process management task. The functioning features and conditions are based on the example of straight-line flow method of work performance. Rules and diagrams of elements' adjoined interactions, which allow allocating the resources for management efficiency improvement, are described in the paper. In addition, local criteria for organizational-economical evaluation of an emergency are suggested. Incidence matrix allowing the identification of an emergency and making an immediate decision of losses' compensation, which occurred during the process termination, is defined.
