Summary: | The article is devoted to the technological process modeling of marking on the surface of metal products using a pulsed laser. The described mathematical model allows us to select the optimal technological parameters of the laser marking complex in order to form the desired marking symbols on the surface of steel and alloy products with various chemical compositions, taking into account the physical properties of the marked material. The developed technological regimes have been tested and recommended for industrial applications in various industries, such as engineering, automotive, aircraft manufacturing and railway transport, as well as for the widespread usage of marking serial products from metal materials. |
