Summary:As an important aircraft branch, multi-rotor UAV is widely used in civil and military fields. In this paper, the overall scheme design of a multi-rotor UAV is proposed and the structural design flow and analysis and calculation process are introduced in detail. With the help of three-dimensional modeling software, the body structure of the multi-rotor UAV is obtained, and the relevant design parameters are determined. In addition, ANSYS software is used for structural finite element analysis, and the strength and stiffness of the body structure are analyzed according to different flight conditions. The analysis results show that the design is reasonable and meets the use requirements, which guides further research.
