Description
Summary:The problem of reconstructing the internal structure of an object under study with high resolution is considered. The structure is described by spatial distributions of sound speed and ultrasound absorption coefficient. These acoustic characteristics are reconstructed in the form of quantitative values. Such a problem set is typical for the inverse problems of tomographic type. Special algorithms for processing experimental data have been developed for this purpose. High resolution of reconstructed images is ensured thanks to multi-view information about the object under study and taking into account the processes of multiple scattering of acoustic waves.
