Summary:This paper aims to examine variable for the Optimization Industrialise Building System Machinery in Malaysia. The study to address higher cost in IBS Machinery when adopt with technology. Objective for this study to identify theory use in the Industrialise Building System (IBS) Machinery in Malaysia. The study fully using Literature Review on the theory of design in Machinery and also IBS product. From underlaying theories, defined variables that used in Basic Framework must be synthesis process to get finding or result in this research. The finding of the Conceptual Framework variables will be better insight for optimization when doing design on Machinery and IBS product.
