Miq. The method of making tea by boiling for 7 minutes. Analysis of antioxidant activity test using the DPPH method. Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) instruments was used to analyze chemical compounds in hot water extracts. The antioxidant test results that hot water extracts of agarwood leaves had strong antioxidant activity. The results of the GC-MS analysis contained 33 compounds, with the main compounds being Hexadecanoic acid and methyl ester. |
