Summary: | After the pump trial stage is finished, the hydraulic performance data of the trial pump can be obtained on the pump trial stage, including flow rate, head and efficiency etc. But it is difficult to judge accuracy of the trial data. A method of error analysis is put forward in this paper, in order to solve this problem. Firstly the theoretical range of performance data error is analyzed and then observe whether the data fluctuation on trial is within the expected theoretical range of error. This is the basis of determining whether the trial data is accurate. In this way, it is easy to judge accuracy of the trial data and the ability of obtaining trial data accurately on the pump trial stage is proved. All this meets expected demand. |
