Summary:In this paper, the mathematical and the state space model of the electro-hydraulic joint load sensitive pressure system are established. Combined with the perfect performance on optimization of RBF neural network and sliding mode variable structure control algorithm in the complex hydraulic system, this paper proposes a RBF neural network adaptive sliding-mode control algorithm. This paper designs a controller with the electro-hydraulic proportional overflow valve as the control object. The simulation results show that the RBF neural network adaptive sliding-mode controller has the advantages of high control accuracy, excellent dynamic response property and strong robustness in the complex electro-hydraulic system.
