Communication—An Optical Fiber Biosensor Based on a Lab-on-a-Tip Approach for User-Friendly Carbosulfan Detection in Vegetable Samples

Summary: | The use of a disposable pipette tip was studied to create a lab-on-a-tip approach. The configuration of a pipette tip, fiber optics, and paper-based biosensor show the compatibility of creating a novel one-shot optical biosensor for carbosulfan as carbamate pesticide. Under optimal experimental parameters, the lab-on-a-tip could detect carbosulfan in the linear range value of 10–22000
