Summary: | This study uses Monte Carlo simulations to study the emergence of polarization plateaus and hysteresis cycles within fullerene-like systems. To explore the dielectric properties of the system, we also applied the Blume-Capel Ising model, which considered critical, coercive and saturation fields. Temperature, ferrielectric parameter, and crystal field all influenced the system’s behavior. Multi-state memory devices, spintronics, and materials characterization can benefit from the discovery of multiple loops and polarization plateaus. |
