Summary: | A new principle for the inductor is proposed theoretically in terms of spiral magnets. In sharp contrast to the conventional inductor made by the solenoid with ferromagnetic core, the bulk sample itself acts as an inductor without any composite structure. Furthermore, the inductance L in the present inductor is inversely proportional to the cross section A of the system, which enables to reduce the size of the device. |
