Summary: | A method based on the temperature dependence of optical property of semiconductor GaAs is provided to improve the spectral performance of a slow light interferometer, and its effect on the sensitivity of the slow light interferometer is also discussed. We theoretically demonstrate that the method ensures that the interferometer has a wide spectral range and high sensitivity simultaneously. This result also provides a viable method that can be extended to the whole spectral region. |
