Summary: | To eliminate some defects of the usual two step methylmethacrylate replica, we adopted the selfcuring method for the polymerization of the methylmethacrylate and the “ sandwich ” method for the procedure of replica, and we found out very good results. The selfcuring of the methylmethacrylate was complete by use of the bonzoyl peroxide or the p-toluene sulflnic -acid as a catalyst and a dimethylaniline as a promoter. As the result of the electronmicroscopic examination this method was proved to be reliable as well as the usual heat curing method. |
