Summary: | In this article the different dynamics of an economic and politico-institutional process of integration is shown and analysed. The first matter is based on innovations and the future results are in abeyance. A final political target, as it is evident in the actual state of the EC-integration, does not necessarily exist in the second matter. The industrial and regional structures, as they are politically planned, will give rise to a growing centralizing bureaucracy, which has been observed so far. Political structures and deadline pressure don't overrule economic laws, but reduce welfare. |
