Five further new species from Iran belong to sect. Fimbriati: D. binaludensis (close to D. paghmanicus), D. jacobsii (close to D. crinitus and D. orientalis), D. longivaginatus (similar to D. fragrans), D. mazanderanicus and D. agrostolepis (both close to D. orientalis subsp. gorganicus).
