Summary:This paper considered an approach used to develop employer relations in a senior high school work study program. The procedures and techniques developed in establishing good employer relations were the result of three years of experience in the Kansas Special Education and Vocational Rehabilitation Cooperative Project. This article provides a description of techniques of recruiting employers, developing employer interest, and maintaining employer support for a work study program.
