SEASONAL ABUNDANCE OF DIACHLORUS FERRUGATUS (DIPTERA: TABANIDAE) IN MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA

The seasonal abundance of adult Diachlorus ferrugatus (F.) in Monroe County, Florida, was determined by collections in carbon dioxide-baited light traps. This species is most abundant from late May until early June, but may be encountered from mid-March until late August.
